Edit Sense

At this level, the emphasis is on an intuitive approach to editing. We will study editing mood, color, silence and rhythmic balance. We will explore ways to create tension, smooth events and change tempo. We will separately consider stylish techniques: editing with a pause, non-standard breaks, overlays. Here you will learn to "feel" the material and edit with an emotional accent. The course builds confidence in choosing the pace and sequence.
